My goals are to work yoga, running/brisk walking, and eventually some strength training into my routine 4–5 days a week and to spend less money on fitness. I’ll update as workouts are completed.

July 28-August 12: More training runs (up to 6 miles now!), lots of walks with Arthur (shorter now that it’s so hot outside!), less yoga
July 14-27: Weekly training runs for the 10K; 1 hot vinyasa yoga class; long walks with Arthur
